Highland Festival Sponsors
Rich in the history, culture, and arts of Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, the McHenry Highland Festival in mountain Maryland has been an educational, fun event for the whole family. The generosity of our community has made it possible for us to hold a festival that preserves the Celtic traditions brought to the Appalachian Mountains by early pioneers.
Our all-volunteer Board of Directors work year round to bring together three days of events: the Friday Evening Celtic Concert, the all-day Saturday Festival at the McHenry Fairgrounds, and the Kirkin’ o’ the Tartans on Sunday at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Deer Park. The Fred Thayer Memorial Golf Tournament at Thousand Acres Lakeside Golf Club will take place on July 30.
Your tax-exempt donations enable us to offer a quality festival experience to all.

There are several ways in which you or your company/organization can support the Festival:
- Individual contributions can be sent to the McHenry Highland Festival, PO Box 926, McHenry, MD 21541
- Standard sponsorship plans can gain valuable exposure for your organization that may include rewards such as recognition in advertising and the Festival program, a listing on the Festival website, and tickets to the Festival and/or golf tournament—take a look at our Sponsor Appreciation Rewards.
- In-kind contribution gifts for use as golf prizes are welcome.
