The 21st Annual Highland Festival Garrett County, MD will be held Saturday, June 7, 2008, at the Garrett County Fairgrounds on Route 219 in McHenry (Deep Creek Lake), Maryland. Please consider this your invitation to participate in the Amateur Solo Piping Competitions. These competitions are conducted under EUSPBA sanctioning. Enclosed are an application form and a list of competitions and prizes. A separate cup will be awarded to the Piper of the Day.
